6 hours new, Yale Children’s Hospital Newborn Photography
There is nothing as incredible as birth. Walking into a hospital room just hours after delivery is an atmosphere that is so hard to put into words. Everything is new. A new baby. New parents day dreaming about their future. There is excitement in the air, nervousness. A wide spectrum of emotions.
I am so thrilled to have documented a slice of this brand new babe’s life. Wrinkled up nose and adorable little yawns. Squirmy legs and and wiggly toes. These moments pass by in a flash, these first hours are so raw and new. Document them to treasure for years to come.

Maxwell's Where the Wild Things Are First Birthday Party
was such a blast! Gorgeous decor and details, homemade cookies, and a taco bar! Maxwell's 1st birthday party was filled with family and friends enjoying their time together and loving on the birthday boy.
I have had the absolutely pleasure of photographing Max and his family since he was snug as a bug in his Mama's belly for their Maternity Session. I adore and treasure the friendships I gain with parents while I am watching their little babe grow up in front of my camera.
It's hard to believe this little man is already one year old!
Here is just a handful of moments from this 1st Birthday Party in Connecticut :

An extended family photography session filled with aunts, uncles, cousins, moms, dads, grandparents...and so much love!
Elisabeth and her sister grew up in Connecticut but have since moved out of state with families of their own. They were both traveling back to CT to visit their parents in their childhood home for the Holidays. Elisabeth wanted to capture everyone enjoying their time together during the Holiday season with an extended family photography session.
Waiting under the Christmas tree was a big bin filled with Christmas ornaments that have been collected over the years of Elisabeth's childhood. Going through the box as the kids hung ornaments on the tree from their parent's childhood brought up so many stories, laughs, and memories.
We spent time decorating the gingerbread house, sneaking candies, and sharing laughs.
It was such an honor to be invited into their home to document treasured family memories.
Here are a few of my favorite moments from this extended family photography session
