A dreary Spring evening that was brightened up by the sweetest of families...
The clouds rolled in but thankfully the weather stayed warm and everything stayed dry. Spring is always so hit or miss in New England. 80 degrees on Monday and 52 and windy by Friday.
Not matter the weather this family instantly brightened up my day. I was greeted by huge smiles and big hugs.
Their little guy, Silas was full of smiles our entire photography session. I couldn't get over how happy and easy going he was! It totally helped that he was getting loved on my his mom and dad all evening.
We were able to meet at Hubbard Park just in time for all of their gorgeous daffodils to be in bloom, but before the actual Daffodil Festival that brings in hundreds of visitors to the park. We had an area covered in flowers all to ourselves.
Silas is rocking tummy time, push ups and sitting on his own. So we made sure to capture those milestones. We laid out a gorgeous handmade quilt that was gifted to them and little Silas showed his stuff! With of course...smiles the whole time. How sweet is he?
The rest of the evening was filled with so much love between these three. The love they have for their little boy beams in each and every image.
Here are some of my favorite moments from this family photography session at Hubbard Park in Meriden, Connecticut:
